This cleaning are for homes that are empty (or nearly empty) and has had some remodeling done in the home and wants the home to look PERFECT for selling or moving in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your appointment results in a non refundable deposit. There is no fee to reschedule an appointment, but it must be rescheduled for another appointment slot within the same week. There is a 5 hour window available, before your appointment, if you need to reschedule. ( For example - If your appointment is at 5 pm you have until 12 noon to reschedule free of charge. If not, a fee will be applied (deposit).
