Cancelation Policy

Cancelling your appointment results in a non refundable deposit. There is no fee to reschedule an appointment, but it must be rescheduled for another appointment slot within the same week. There is a 5 hour window available, before your appointment, if you need to reschedule. ( For example - If your appointment is at 5 pm you have until 12 noon to reschedule free of charge. If not, a fee will be applied (deposit).
