We are coming  in your home to PROPERLY CLEAN & DISINFECT it.  We DO NOT clean homes with PESTS or homes expecting PET CLEANUP ( We are NOT Exterminators !!). We do not do laundry ( willing to fold, organize and/or hang up clothes for ( $30 depending on each Individual client.  We do not do dishes ( unless you have a dish washer for $15 more depending on each individual client ). 
If I can make it to you outside of my service area there is a $15 travel fee.

OOSA means Out of service area .

PLEASE choose services correctly. 

Do not order a basic when you know you need a deep.... Do not order a deep when you need a post construction or move in or out. They might seem like the same package but the services that are included are not the same.

PLEASE HAVE A MOP & TOILET BRUSH  IN YOUR HOME ( OR BUY ONE IF NEEDED ).  I DO NOT SUPPLY MOPS OR TOILET BRUSH.

PLEASE HAVE RUNNING WATER AND LIGHTS TURNED ON IN NEW HOME OR APARTMENTS. I can NOT do my job without running water to use or lights to be able to see thoroughly.

 All bathroom toilets and  bathroom floors are hand washed. All homes are subject to before and after photos for security and media purposes. ( Important and private documents and items will not be posted).

3 HOUR BASIC - $120

If your home is basically clean ( low to moderate mess ) and needs a touch up you may choose this package. Its 3 hours of service which could be great for up to 2 bedrooms.

This package includes : 

 * Dusting - All surfaces, window blinds, furniture

 *Vacuum & mop

 *Wet wiping - All surfaces, window  blinds, furniture, exterior  kitchen appliances, exterior cabinets

3 HOUR BASIC OOSA - $130

Basic  services with an added travel fee for those out of my service area

4 HOUR BASIC - $ 160

If your home is basically clean ( low to moderate mess ) and needs a touch up you may choose this package. Its 4 hours of service which could be great for up to 2 -3 bedrooms.

 *Vacuum & mop

4 HOUR BASIC OOSA - $ 170

Basic cleanings i recommend for homes with moderate - low mess. The basic package includes the wipe down of every surface in the area in home ( bedroom, bathroom, living and/or dining rooms and kitchen ).  No detailed scrubbing needed in the home. Vacuuming and mopping , as well as dusting and cleaning mirrors and interior windows. 

Service for up to 4 hours. $50 to upgrade to deep.

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT - $250 & UP ( PRICE VARIES FOR EACH CLIENT )

Deep cleanings i recommend for people with homes that needs to be cleaned before move in &/or move out cleanings. The move in &/ or move out  cleaning  package includes all the deep cleaning services within all the areas in home ( bedroom, bathroom, living and/or dining rooms and kitchen ).  Extra scrubbing May or may not be needed in the home. Vacuuming and mopping , as well as dusting and cleaning mirrors and interior windows.  I will also be targeting the walls doors and baseboards as well as kitchen cabinets. 


Service hours depend in each individuals home and needs. $50 more to add the interior kitchen appliances.

This package includes a deep or basic cleaning inside of the oven, refrigerator and microwave.
