Since 2012, my team dedicated themselves to providing phenomenal residential cleaning services. We believe that a clean home is a happy home. We ALWAYS go above and beyond expectations to ensure each individual client is satisfied with services received. We customize services based on specific needs of the client. We are coming to your home to PROPERLY clean and DISINFECT it.  We supply everything we need except for a CLEAN mop and a toilet bowl brush cleaner. Please have those 2 items available at hand in your home. We do not supply a mop or a toilet bowl brush.

• A pet fee of $40-$75 will be assessed for homes with excessive pet hair, pet clean up, and no prior notice of pets in the home (that shed a lot). We must be made aware of pets so I can bring the proper equipment. 

• Running water and electricity is REQUIRED inside of the home.I need to be able to see thoroughly.

• All homes are subject to before and after photos for our security and media purposes. (Important and private documents and items will not be posted.

• We do not offer extermination clean up services nor do we accept homes that are infested with roaches!

• All services included taxes.

How To Book An Appointment?

1. Click services and follow prompts to book your appointment. 
2. Call, text or email us with a submission containing your name, email address, type of cleaning desired and # of bedrooms & bathrooms in home.

Deposit or Full Payment is required for EVERY appointment. No deposit = No appointment.

All deposits can be made:

1. via Zelle to 954-633-7944 

2. Click the "Deposits" link option under the services tab. 

3. Cash app to $Sparklenshinecs20 (ALL CASH APP PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND 2% EXTRA TO COVER THE FEES)

4. We can send you a link directly to your phone via square up. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN SERVICES ARE COMPLETED.

AFTER your deposit is made, you will receive an email OR text message containing your receipt (this confirms your appointment). You can pay the remaining balance via Cash, Zelle, Cash App OR in person by credit card/debit card. 

We do not offer laundry or dishes as a service. Making your bed is not an issue. If you would like your bed sheets changed, please remove the dirty sheets off the bed and leave the clean sheets on top of the mattress.

• Please understand that we do have the right to deny any client service if we feel that the job is not suitable for us. 

• Please choose services correctly. DO NOT order a basic when you know you need a deep..DO NOT order a deep when your home has had mega renovation and you need a post construction or a move in or move out. They might seem like the same package but services that are included are different and I need to bring the proper equipment to the appointment.

• Please do not request services if you do not have the money to pay for it.

If your home is basically clean (low to moderate mess), and you desire a touch up you may choose any basic cleaning option that suitable for your home. All basic cleanings are standard which means there is no heavy scrubbing involved.

ALL BASIC CLEANINGS INCLUDE:

• Dusting- All surfaces, window blinds, furniture (including bathrooms)
• Vacuum & mop
• Interior mirrors & windows
• Wet wiping- All surfaces, furniture, exterior cabinets and kitchen appliances.

I recommend deep cleanings for homes with moderate- extremely high volume mess. A deep clean is NEEDED for bathrooms with mold, grime and soap scum. All deep cleanings includes the basic services with a more detailed cleaning and heavy scrubbing in all areas inside your home.

ALL DEEP CLEANINGS INCLUDE:

• Dusting- All surfaces, window blinds, doors, baseboards, window tracks, fans, door tracks (including bathrooms & laundry rooms)
• Vacuum & mop
• Interior mirrors and windows
• Wet wiping- All surfaces, furniture, window blinds, doors, window and door tracks (if needed),baseboards, fans, exterior cabinets & kitchen appliances
• Heavy scrubbing- Showers/Bathroom tubs, toilet bowl
• Exterior kitchen cabinets
• Exterior bathroom cabinets
